I’m a professionally trained and ICF-accredited coach with a career that’s taken me everywhere from tour bus bunks to restaurant floors, ad agencies to sports management — and more airports and “staff only” entrances than I can count.

For the majority of my career, I have been a full-blown road warrior: traveling globally to open hospitality venues, facilitate team workshops, develop marketing campaigns, and support artists on tour. I’ve worked inside entertainment, hospitality, media, sports, coaching, and consulting — often in environments where the stakes were high, the timelines were tight, and the pressure never really shuts off.

All of that to say: I’ve lived the creative grind from the inside. I know what it’s like when the work is exhilarating and exhausting. When it is messy and deeply personal. When identity gets tangled up with output. When momentum quietly turns into burnout — and no one around you is slowing down enough to notice.
